Shipping policy
SHIPPING RATES: Babies and Blooms currently offers free shipping to US orders over $75.
Babies and Blooms charges flat rate shipping fees on all other orders:
- $5.00 for US orders under $75
- We do not ship internationally or outside of the continental United States at this time.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship domestic orders via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
When will my order ship?
We fulfill and ship orders within 1-5 business days of the order being placed. Once the order is with USPS, there is an estimated 3-6 business day arrival time. There is no guaranteed arrival time + order may exceed 6 business days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
We do our best to get orders out in a quick and timely manner! Please reach out with any questions!
DAMAGED ITEMS: if you receive a damaged item, please email babiesbloomsboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to sort it out. Please include a photo of the damage/defect, as well as your order number.
LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts.
